Get Things Done Right the First Time
I have been to Gallardo's several times. Every time they have been polite and professional. They are easy to talk to and they get things done right the first time. When I got there with a starter problem they asked a few questions and told me they could fix it. A few hours later (not days) they called and said it was done. Besides fixing it the price to fix it was way less than the dealer quoted. If you have a car problem take it to Gallardo's.
Very Respectful and Very Reasonable in Cost
Happy 1st time patron. My first time to Gallardos. I googled repair shops around the area and read all the reviews. I chose them and thought, lets give it a shot. I had quite a bit needed on my truck. I had used a fixit device and found cylinder 7 misfire with engine lite on. They diagnosed it in the am and same day it was repaired in the pm. I picked it up bright and early the next morning. I live reasonably close so they offered me a ride home. The truck runs great, they stuck to the original repairs needed, no surprised add-ons. Were very respectful, and very reasonable in cost. Miguel was great explaining the problem and repair needed. Great job Miguel.
Communicated Very Well
Diagnosed “check engine” issue. In less than 1 hour, called me back & let me know they found the issue. I also needed brake system work done. They communicated very well to make only the needed issues would be handled. Notified me promptly when all work was complete and car was ready.
Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable
The employees at Gallardos are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to take a closer look at a noise my engine was making. They took me to my car and helped me understand the root of the problem. They had all the parts available and fixed my car the same day. They even gave me a ride to and from work since it would take the entire day. In addition to teaching me about proper maintenance for my car, they are affordable. I would definitely recommend Gallardos for any car repair or maintenance related concerns. :)

Great service! Transparent service details. Easy to keep in touch and updated while your vehicle is under any heavy repairs. I had an issue after the repair but they did a full check up again for free and fixed it. Highely recommended place.

I drive about 45 miles to go to Gallardo's for service. They are honest, efficient and great people. I wouldn't trust my car in anyone else's hands!

Flawless
Cindy quoted me a very competitive price for a rear tail light replacement on a C240 Benz. The actual labor was less than expected, and thus, the final fee significantly LESS THAN the original quote. I was in and out in 10 min. Nothing, but nothing, beats "honesty" and "flawless customer service." Cindy is a gem! Gallardo's will definitely be my "go-to" for all automotive service going forward.

AMAZING service as always. Complete diagnostic readings with photos. Oil change, spark plugs, tire rotation, air filter, changed my battery, changed my transmission fluids, all on a moments notice. Super accommodating and professional. Would certainly recommend!

Very friendly! My power steering went out and I was 3 hours away from home. I brought my car here and they got it in to have a look and diagnose the issue right away. I wound up driving the car home to have the repairs done by my regular mechanic since the part was not in stock and I would've needed to stay in the area overnight, but they were still very helpful and understanding. 10/10 would definitely use this shop if I happened to break down here again!
